About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive market expansion and deepen customer relationships in the electrical contracting and wholesale channels. As the Electrical Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for directing engagement with electrical contractors and wholesalers while leading a high-performing team to deliver successful lighting projects across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strong connections within the electrical wholesale channel to drive sales and achieve business growth targets.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to long-term strategic direction.

Requirements include:

  • An energetic leader with existing contacts across electrical contractors in Victoria.
  • A proven track record of success in the electrical or lighting industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the electrical wholesale channel.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
