We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Care Worker to join our team in Western Australia.

As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to up to 4 children or young people in a residential care home.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience working with children and young people with complex behaviors and trauma backgrounds.

They will also possess strong knowledge of CARE and TCI principles, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.

A valid First Aid Certificate and unrestricted driver's license are also essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
