">As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to up to 4 children or young people in a residential care home.
">Our ideal candidate will have significant experience working with children and young people with complex behaviors and trauma backgrounds.
">They will also possess strong knowledge of CARE and TCI principles, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.
">A valid First Aid Certificate and unrestricted driver's license are also essential requirements for this role.
