Digital Transformation Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the successful delivery of digital projects in complex environments.

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from discovery to implementation and ongoing support.

You'll work closely with our design, research and technical teams to plan and run delivery, set up good governance and ensure the work stays aligned to user needs and client goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage priorities and competing deadlines, and champion user empathy and evidence-based decision making throughout every stage of delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across multiple clients
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions and dependencies
  • Keep teams aligned, engaged and unblocked through planning, standups, retros and check-ins
  • Foster a culture of user-centricity and evidence-based decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
