Job Description

  • We are seeking a Strategic Business Partner to collaborate with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • This hybrid role combines relationship-building expertise with strategic vision to deliver tailored solutions and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders through consultative selling skills.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Facilitate workshops to map customer journeys and deliver digital experience solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, participate in industry events, and represent the company at conferences to build brand visibility.
  • Develop and present digital experience strategies, focusing on platforms such as DXP, CMS, and enterprise-level technologies.
  • Guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital trends, helping clients stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Deliver on revenue targets and build executive-level engagement with customers.
  • Lead client partners in their team, helping staff learn and grow under portfolio guidance.
  • Rainmaking: identify and develop new commercial opportunities through acumen, innovative thinking, and domain knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a hybrid role of Account Director and/or Management/Digital Strategy Consultant.
  • Strong consultative selling skills focused on long-term relationship building and value creation.
  • Experience with digital experience solutions (DXP, CMS) and deep understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience strategies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas while providing advisory services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to develop actionable roadmaps.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
