Job Role

The Quality Assurance Consultant has a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely medico-legal reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality control of medico-legal reports against established frameworks and legislation.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXPERTS AND CUSTOMERS through open communication.
  • Collaboration with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Providing feedback and training for medical experts on report writing.
  • Resolving emerging issues and handling customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience or qualifications in healthcare, law, or insurance sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment is advantageous.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
