Medico-Legal Reports Specialist

The position of a Quality Assurance Specialist is key in providing high-quality, accurate and timely medico-legal reports.
Responsibilities include reviewing reports according to a quality framework and relevant regulations, building sustainable relationships with customers and experts through open communication, working collaboratively with team members to prioritize workflow, providing feedback and training for medical experts on report writing, resolving problems and handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
Key qualifications include experience or qualifications in allied health, legal or insurance industries, ideally with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports, high-level written and verbal communication skills, and good computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
