
Expert Medico-Legal Report Specialist

The primary role of the Quality Assurance Specialist involves delivering high-quality, factually accurate and timely medico-legal reports.
Key Responsibilities- Review medico-legal reports in line with quality frameworks and relevant regulations and legislation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and experts through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prioritization of workflow.
- Provide feedback and training for medical experts on medico-legal report writing.
- Resolve emerging problems and handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Experience or qualifications in allied health, legal or insurance industries, ideally with experience in interpreting medico-legal reports.
- Proficiency in utilizing AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
