Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the employee experience by providing strategic workforce relations outcomes.

You will oversee and manage employee issues, resolve them through data analysis and interpretation, reporting, and auditing. Additionally, you will deliver effective employee relations solutions and provide advice and support to diverse stakeholder groups in managing industrial and employment relations matters.

  • Foster positive employee relations through proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across leadership, unions, legal, state, and federal groups.

As an experienced employee relations professional, you will have a deep understanding of employment laws and conventions, as well as public sector employment policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and resolve employee issues using data-driven insights.

2. Provide expert advice and support to various stakeholders on industrial and employment relations matters.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
