This role is responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to build credibility and relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary action.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with employment law.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
