About this Role

We're looking for a customer-focused professional to deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for our livestock handling solutions products.

This role involves providing exceptional service by addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone, engaging with customers in our retail space, and collaborating with our on-site manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Engage with customers in our retail space, assisting them as they explore our product displays
  • Collaborate with our on-site manufacturing team to provide seamless support
  • Manage quotes and orders in the office, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery
  • Assist customers by providing information about our product ranges, and take ownership of their journey from start to finish

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for an enthusiastic team-player with strong customer service experience and some exposure to a manufacturing environment. You'll need to be committed to delivering high standards of customer service and able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software
  • Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous
  • Full, clean drivers' license
