The role of a Customer Service & Retail Sales Consultant is to deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for Norton Livestock Handling Solutions products. This involves providing exceptional service by addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone, as well as engaging with customers in our retail space, collaborating with our on-site manufacturing team, spending time in the office managing quotes and orders, and venturing out to customer properties to do on-site measures for custom products.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also need to be proactive in problem-solving and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficient in MS Office, and experienced with CRM software.
