About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of financial tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, lease administration, and reception support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable: Daily tenant receipting, tenant reconciliations, monthly tenant invoicing, rent review calculations, and management of sundry recoverable charges like electricity and extended trade.
  • Accounts Payable: Assisting in coding, entering, and payment of supplier invoices.
  • Lease Administration: Supporting the Property Administrator with tenancy schedule audits and other lease-related tasks.
  • Reception Support: Providing assistance and relief at reception as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous bookkeeping and data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a small team.
  • Exceptional time management skills, enabling you to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines.
