Job Role:

Your daily tasks will include overseeing the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCOE) on AWS, Azure and GCP, ensuring adherence to our Cyber policies through Control Tower governance. You will coordinate cloud account vendors and lead service whitelisting, implementing landing zone hardening across all three public cloud platforms.

  • Manage secure landing zones on the Cloud Platform, aligning with organizational cybersecurity policies and guardrails.
  • Account Lifecycle Management: Coordinate cloud account onboarding processes and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) permissions for secure and scalable access controls.
  • Centralized Notification Management: Coordinate and triage cloud-based notifications to ensure timely response and resolution of platform alerts.
  • Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Maintenance: Manage cloud SOE pipelines, including monthly release and validation of patched Amazon Machine Images (AMIs).
  • Service Whitelisting: Maintain and update service whitelisting configurations to support approved cloud service usage.
  • Proxy Management: Implement and manage forward proxy rules for secure outbound connectivity from cloud environments.
  • Cost Optimization & FinOps Support: Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with the FinOps function to ensure efficient resource utilization and financial governance.

To succeed in this position, you will need a proven track record in cloud platform governance and management, with extensive experience across AWS, GCP and Azure platforms. Your ability to lead and mentor a team, coupled with expertise in cloud infrastructure strategy, is critical.
