As a Territory Manager, you will join our Neurosurgical team in Melbourne, VIC. This role is ideal for junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners looking to transition into medical devices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting activities to increase sales growth and market share with new and existing customers.
  • Providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as needed, including product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
  • You will also provide clinical support to the Adelaide business and expect occasional short trips (1 night) every 2-3 weeks.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A knack for selling, preferably with practical sales experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a sales-focused mindset.
  • A desire to integrate into a high-performing team with a proven track record of achievement.
  • A medical or allied health background (preferred) but a genuine interest in anatomy and healthcare is essential.
