The Role:

Clinical Specialist

This is a medical professional with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of clinical sales and training.

Responsibilities include providing expert guidance and support to customers, as well as collaborating with colleagues to enhance the adoption of new technologies and procedures within the medical device industry.

Key aspects of this role involve building relationships with key stakeholders, such as laboratory staff, physicians, and customers, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a deep understanding of medical practices and procedures, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical training and product support to various groups
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to promote the use of Medical products and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster strong relationships among lab staff, physicians, and customers
  • Identify and report critical events or incidents to relevant authorities
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in medical technology and procedures

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and hands-on medical experience are required. Clinical experience equivalent to a Registered Nurse or Certified Cardiovascular/Interventional Radiology professional is also essential.
