Early Childhood Director Opportunity

The Early Childhood Director will be responsible for leading and managing a childcare centre, overseeing daily operations, curriculum planning, budget management, and compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of child development and early education principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring the team to create a collaborative and professional work environment
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including budget management and compliance with regulations and licensing requirements
  • Maintaining strong relationships with parents and supporting staff with ongoing professional development

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum two years' experience as an Early Childhood Director or equivalent role
  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
