The Opportunity: Director / Nominated Supervisor

• Schedule:Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Location:Shailer Park
• Hours:38 hours with flexibility
• Compensation:Well above award + monthly bonuses (fee/occupancy)

We are seeking a driven Director to lead our Hyperdome EEC. In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. Must haves

• A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
• Current Qld Blue Card.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

                              • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
                              • Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
                              • Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.
                              • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
                              • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.
                              About Us:Hyperdome Early Education Centreis located in Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, a 5 minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We care for up to 169 children per day and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
