Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (Level 6A.1 – 6A.9)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our Busy Bees at Warner service on a fixed-term contract until 30th May 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an established leader in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our supportive team and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting your team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Overseeing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Busy Bees standards
  • Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
  • Driving occupancy and financial performance of the service
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children
  • Supporting and mentoring educators to achieve professional growth
What You'll Need
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within Early Childhood Education
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and compliance requirements
  • Proven leadership, financial, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
