Lead Educator Job Description

C&K's early childhood education model focuses on creating nurturing environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As a Lead Educator at our centre, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-12 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and families to ensure their involvement in their child's education.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge as an educator.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A current Police Check.
