In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards, legal requirements, and organisational goals.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with subject matter experts, legal teams, and business units to develop policies and frameworks that support governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Research, draft, and update policies in collaboration with relevant departments, identifying gaps and proposing improvements to existing policies.
  • Develop and document organisational frameworks supporting governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Evaluate policies and frameworks to ensure they meet current legislative and regulatory guidelines (e.g., APRA, ISO, NIST).
  • Produce clear, concise documentation and track policy compliance and framework implementation.

About You

  • You hold a degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in policy writing, regulatory compliance, or framework development.
  • You possess exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • You are proficient with document management systems and policy tracking software.
  • You have a proven ability to write clear, actionable policies and frameworks.
  • You have a strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
