This role is responsible for driving the organisation's people strategy, focusing on talent management and development.

  • A key requirement for success in this position is strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as high-level oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline are essential.

The successful applicant must be able to advise on HR policies and processes, as well as initiate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and leaders within the business.

A clean National Police Records Check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory for this position.
