Establish a strong educational program as a Lead Educator at Goodstart Burpengary Buckley Road, one of the most respected early learning centers in the region.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated educators. Collaborate with our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to design and implement innovative teaching practices that foster exceptional outcomes for children.

Safety is our top priority, and we require all staff members to have or obtain a valid working with children check. This position requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding of child safety principles.

What You'll Need
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) is mandatory for this role
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is essential
  • A current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is required
