Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior/Lead Educator to take charge of their own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You must also hold a current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
