About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Mercy Place Templestowe. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing and allied health teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents

* Ensure the effective management of our facility's operations, including budgeting, rostering, and occupancy
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best practice operational and clinical services
Requirements:
