**Job Title:** Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our global cloud unit in Victoria, Australia. This role requires the ability to provide technical expertise across systems and applications in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor delivery teams and maintain SAP landscapes
  • Resolve complex incidents and act as a trusted point between CAS and SAP solutions
  • Support customer incidents and requests with technical expertise
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 10+ years SAP technical administration with SAP Basis expertise
  • Experience supporting presales, solution proposals, and bid management
  • Trusted advisor for Sovereign Cloud customers
  • Leadership experience in Basis support transitions
  • Fluent English language skills
Technical Skills:
  • SAP-certified NetWeaver and/or S/4HANA system administration preferred
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, BW, Webdispatcher, Cloud Connector, HANA DB, ECC, GRC, IDM, Fiori, BOBJ, DS, etc.
  • Supporting SAP SaaS products like Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur
  • Knowledge of Business Technology Platform and Basis support functions
