RDO Equipment is looking for a Used Equipment & Rental Specialist to join our team.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Assist the Used Equipment & Rental Team by conducting market-based assessments and aiding in the trade evaluation process.
- Manage the promotion of used equipment through various digital and customer-facing marketing channels.
- Oversee the distribution of customer inquiries regarding Used Equipment through our internal systems and digital platforms.
- Produce reports from our CRM and operational systems to support management and the Used Equipment Team.
- Handle the administration of the company’s rental fleet.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service abilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
- Preferred familiarity with agricultural, construction, forestry, or environmental equipment, as well as dealership operations.
