Overview
We are seeking an experienced supply professional to manage and distribute stock in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team, providing effective management and distribution of stock while adhering to WHS and Infection Control guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Scanning and managing stock levels
- Picking and packing of stock for delivery to the Theatre complex storerooms
- Receiving stock deliveries and ensuring accurate inventory records
- Ordering stock to replenish set levels using computer systems
- Following up back orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Liaising with internal and external customers to meet their needs
- Demonstrated experience in a supply position with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Experience using SAP or other computerised inventory control systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
