The Opportunity:

This role will support the SMB Sales Consultants and Retention Managers by managing all inbound calls and lead referrals. The successful candidate will work closely with departments across the business while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly personal KPI and call targets. They will also be responsible for timely and professional replies to sales enquiries, accurately recording interactions in CRM systems, and adhering to internal sales and customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rate of inbound leads via adherence to ANZ Worldline triaging frameworks
  • Engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation
  • Increase new business and retention success rates through effective handling of inbound inquiries
  • Ensure proper execution of referral processes between ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia
  • Deliver on agreed outcomes for Quality Assurance, Conversion, and Call monitoring

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientated
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Proficient in customer leads management (CRM)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
