Senior Mechanical Engineer - Lead Technical Delivery

This role involves leading technical delivery on projects focused on existing buildings, providing advice and design solutions for compliance, upgrades, efficiency, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development of innovative mechanical building services designs.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management skills are utilised.
  • Contribute to team development and market presence through strategic leadership and project delivery expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical building services design with a strong focus on HVAC systems, BMS, and controls.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering with RPEQ or equivalent registration.
  • Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is highly desirable.
