About our Client Success Team:

  • We are a vital component of helping clients achieve their key objectives.

The Client Success Associate acts as the bridge between our clients and internal stakeholders. This role ensures seamless communication forums are well-organised, attended, and action points executed.

This individual will have in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and research that aligns with client goals.

This role requires immersion in HR topics such as Talent Management, Organisation Design, Future Workforces, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Policy and Procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales to onboard new clients to their purchased services.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to maximise value delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Passion for HR concepts and willingness to discuss them with clients.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritisation, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
