Government Furnished Equipment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled GFE/GFM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and inventory management of Government Furnished equipment.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the engineering and production teams from all global entities to identify Asset requirements early and ensure materials are available on time in relevant locations.

This includes leading the collation of Asset & Inventory requirements, managing government furnished items, identifying and assessing risks, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining project schedules and registers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain regular contact with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing government furnished equipment inventory
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance

Applicants should have experience in a planning/inventory/warehouse environment, SAP ERP system experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to gain and hold a defence clearance.
