Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled maintenance planning specialist to lead the upkeep of our heavy mobile earth-moving equipment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a 2-week maintenance plan using the CMMS system (AMT). This involves reviewing upcoming tasks, evaluating previous week's progress using Power BI compliance reports, and coordinating with execution teams to handle breakdowns, procure parts, and recommend repair scopes.
Another key responsibility is ensuring statutory requirements are met by coordinating with service providers to complete tasks on time and maintain compliance. You will also schedule Condition Monitoring work orders raised by the Central Asset team and provide feedback on completion.
For success in this role, you will require a qualification in a mechanical trade (HME) or degree qualification in planning or management. Experience maintaining heavy mobile earth-moving equipment (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu) is essential, as well as proven experience in maintenance scheduling and planning preferred. Knowledge and understanding of equipment productivity drivers in mining, customer operations, and equipment usage are also beneficial.
