Job Title:

Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of equipment across Santos operations.

 

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with the Centralized Maintenance Team to deliver continuous improvement and successful execution of planned maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include delivering multi-discipline projects, supporting schedule compliance, working closely with maintenance support, reliability, and maintenance execution teams.

Additional key responsibilities include facilitating monthly IWT sessions, coordinating reviews and updates of operating procedures, maintaining/updating team KPI dashboards, and liaising with training providers.

Other responsibilities include actively visiting the field to build relationships with execution teams, supporting MDCRs, BOMs, parts issues, TIN reviews and updates, and delivering maintenance manifests.

Requirements for the role include a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, minimum 3 years' experience in planned maintenance outages or project management of minor or major oil and gas projects, knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment, and strong communication skills to encourage involvement for site and contractor interface for planned outages and work-related activities.
