Job Overview

The Project Scheduler role is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing and maintaining project schedules. This includes resource balancing, tracking milestone progress, and providing support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify potential project schedule delays, reporting and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management and/or experience in project management methodologies.
  • High-level organisational and time management skills.
  • Successful track record in implementing and managing contract scheduling.
