Current Opportunity

BDO is seeking a knowledgeable Transfer Pricing Consultant to enhance our Sydney team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to both domestic and international multinational corporations. Your expertise will also contribute to identifying new business prospects for our practice, while allowing you to connect with BDO's extensive global network of Transfer Pricing experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting comprehensive transfer pricing documentation for various intercompany transactions
  • Formulating and executing transfer pricing strategies
  • Supporting clients in preparing the International Dealings Schedule
  • Developing and applying transfer pricing policies
  • Engaging in negotiations for Advanced Pricing Arrangements and resolving disputes
  • Collaborating with local and international clients across diverse sectors
  • Providing mentorship and reviewing the contributions of junior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in consulting within Transfer Pricing is preferred, though candidates with a background in business services and a strong interest in tax/Transfer Pricing will also be considered
  • Relevant tertiary education
  • CA/CPA qualification (or in progress)
  • Familiarity with recent BEPS developments
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain successful client relationships
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
