Drive Transfer Pricing Policy and Compliance

As a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for driving the Transfer Pricing policy at Group Finance level. This includes developing and implementing effective Transfer Pricing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize tax efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Transfer Pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Group Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely Transfer Pricing reporting
  • Manage Transfer Pricing risks and opportunities to optimize tax efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and external advisors
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Transfer Pricing regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements
Requirements:
  • 10 years of post-graduate taxation experience in a multinational business environment
  • Significant experience with corporate income tax, including compliance, provisioning, and advice
  • Deep Transfer Pricing experience across multiple jurisdictions, including OECD framework and arm's length principles
  • Strong knowledge of relevant jurisdictional corporate tax rules, regulations, and accounting rules
  • CA/CPA/Master/Legal practicing certificate preferred
