As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our Transfer Pricing policy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. With a strong background in taxation and transfer pricing, you will work closely with our Group Senior Director of Taxation to develop and implement effective transfer pricing strategies that drive business growth and minimize tax risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust Transfer Pricing policy that aligns with global best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely transfer pricing documentation and reporting.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external advisors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Provide expert advice on transfer pricing matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in transfer pricing regulations and ensure that our policies and procedures are aligned with these changes.
- 10+ years of experience in taxation and transfer pricing, with a strong background in multinational business environments.
- Deep knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, including OECD framework and arm's length principles.
- Proven experience in implementing tax processes and projects, including transactions, systems, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate tax risks and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
