About the Role

We are seeking a professional and caring individual to join our team as a Rostering Coordinator. This role offers a rewarding career that enables individuals to directly help people with disabilities live independently.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for rostering, coordinating, and assisting in service management of NDIS participants and aged care consumers. They will liaise with clients and staff to coordinate services according to needs, funding, and guidelines. Additionally, they will maintain client files, solve roster issues, and report incidents through our after-hours service and incident reporting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of coordinating and delivering care in a person-centred way.
  • Experience in rostering and scheduling services.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist fellow team members in other program areas where required.
  • A thorough understanding of NDIS and the aged care system.
  • Knowledge of SCHADS award and rostering principles.
  • Experience in rostering/scheduling services for multiple clients in a community setting.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Appropriate visa to work in Australia.
  • Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • NDIS Worker check (NDISWC).
  • Current first aid/CPR certificate.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with people to increase independence in a community-based setting.
  • Background in nursing or other relevant discipline.
  • Ability to speak Vietnamese.
