
Comprehensive Case Management Professional

As a Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of claim work items and communicating potential SLA risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims management and possess strong portfolio management skills.
You will take ownership of providing coaching to administrators to address quality gaps and ensure incidents are reported within agreed timeframes. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering complex enquiries within agreed SLAs and collaborating with our training team to facilitate training sessions for the claims administration team.
