Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist

The ASX group is looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their team in a 12 month max term contract role.
About the RoleThis role will involve acting as a subject matter expert and supporting the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives as part of the Risk Transformation Program.
- Plan and deliver risk and compliance uplift work, including outcomes and timelines across all assigned streams.
- Document current and future state processes for each assigned initiative.
- Support the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.
The successful candidate will have experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains, as well as experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:
- Experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains.
- Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, documentation, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
