We are seeking a seasoned Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist to support our senior leadership in managing risk and compliance activities across the division. This is a senior 1st Line risk position responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of end-to-end Clearing and Settlement Facilities Businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a trusted advisor to business teams on risk, compliance, and change initiatives
- Work with key stakeholders to embed operational risk management and compliance frameworks
- Support delivery of risk and compliance reporting, including external regulatory requirements
- Deep experience in risk and compliance functions, preferably in financial services or energy industries at an executive manager level
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build relationships with senior leadership
- Experience with risk transformation and project methodologies
