We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of risk management, business continuity and maintaining our certifications and compliance.

About the Role:

This role reports into our Senior Manager - Security Governance, Risk & Compliance and is responsible for internal audits as per the annual audit schedule. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling and co-ordination of external audits to maintain current and future certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal audits as per the annual audit schedule
  • Improving our risk maturity and its Risk Management Framework by ensuring the currency and accuracy of risks raised as part of our risk management framework
  • Risk reporting, including the assessments of risk and identification of controls
  • Business Continuity Management program, including ensuring quality and consistency across Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans
  • Provide administration support to our Risk, Compliance and Infrastructure Team as required

Requirements:

  • Exposure to ISO accreditation and auditing process
  • Auditing experience internal or external (IT audit background desirable)
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis and Improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
