Lead Business Banking Transformation

As a key member of our team, you will drive the Centre of Excellence in Business Banking Technology, defining and embedding target architecture for future growth. We empower businesses and our people to succeed with tomorrow's technology.

The role involves steering the bank towards a leading digital business bank, powered by cutting-edge technology. You will lead multiple domain-aligned teams working across various Business Banking domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Architecture teams operating in a scaled Agile model.
  • Define and improve Architectural Governance across Business Bank.
  • Foster a culture of sharing, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction to Domain architecture leaders and their teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to uplift design skills.
  • Report progress towards target state architecture and key focus areas.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, particularly Artificial Intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication, strategy, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
