Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Business Banking Deposit Accounts product agenda, driving operational excellence and innovation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in the Banking industry, with a strong background in Business Banking. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of our Business Banking Deposit Accounts by leveraging data and market insights to inform pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, leveraging Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Leverage analytical skills to assess margin impacts and manage interest rate changes.
  • Lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience with JIRA or other product management tools is highly desirable.
