As a key member of our dynamic BaaS Technology team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solution designs that align with business goals, architectural patterns, and technology strategies.
About the Role- Develop solution designs and interface contracts aligned with domain and project architecture.
- Deliver solutions that incorporate changes to services, processes, and operating models.
- Lead features from requirements gathering through to delivery, using agile methodologies to ensure alignment across teams.
You'll collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology specialists to deliver high-quality, industry-leading banking solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements- Proven experience in mid-to-senior level IT roles, with a strong background in systems development, support, and maintenance.

- Solid understanding of financial services environments, applications, and products.
