Senior Operational Leader

This role serves as the right-hand to the State Manager, overseeing daily warehouse operations in a high-volume tri-temp environment.
- Lead and optimise daily operations within a high-volume tri-temp warehouse
- Oversee staffing, inventory, compliance, and safety across all temperature zones
- Support the State Manager in broader state operations and last-mile integration
- Take full accountability in the State Manager's absence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse functions
- Ensure seamless execution of daily warehouse operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Strong operational leadership experience in warehousing and logistics, ideally within tri-temp environments (ambient, chilled, frozen)
- P&C (Petrol & Convenience) experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Proven ability to manage warehouse teams and deliver operational efficiency
- Ambition and leadership potential to step into a State Manager role in the future
