This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Strategic HR Advisor for a leading global business. The role will involve providing guidance and support to managers across the business, managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities, and coordinating employee training programs.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert HR guidance to leadership and management teams
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job adverts, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure seamless transitions
  • Coordinating and managing employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Administering payroll for 60+ employees, including fortnightly and monthly runs

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, with a focus on payroll and employee relations. They will be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, able to think on their feet, and respond to a wide range of challenges. Experience navigating a global or multi-site organisation is also essential.

The successful candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of payroll processes. They will also be flexible to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.
