As a strategic advisor, you will be part of the Engineering & Technology branch, supporting business through HR activities alignment with organisational strategy.

You will work in a collaborative team environment, emphasising professionalism and relationship-building within the team and with stakeholders.

The role involves delivering data-informed advice and services around business and HR issues, including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
