Business Lawyer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal advice and support to ensure business objectives are achieved.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Lawyer with commercial, ICT services, and software experience to join our team. Your key focus will be to provide legal advice and transactional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract review, drafting, and negotiation support.
  • Provide commercially astute legal advice to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and update standard contract templates to reflect legislative requirements and changing business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Law (LLB) or equivalent and eligibility to practice law in NSW.
  • 5-10 years of experience in-house or in private practice, preferably in a mid-to-large corporate environment or law practice.
  • ICT services and software-related industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to providing legal services.
