About the role

The Talent Acquisition team believe that a great candidate experience starts with a great team. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our future team members and ensuring their success from day one.

You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation and support to the Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and Talent Acquisition Experience Advisor (TAEA). This role will initially be open to a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you will be doing

This role provides critical administrative and operational support to the TA team, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. The TAC helps manage recruitment logistics in partnership with the TAEA, system administration, reporting, and onboarding tasks, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring to the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our high-volume recruitment function. This is an administration-heavy, fast-paced role that plays a vital part in delivering a seamless and compliant hiring process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. A strong understanding of recruitment compliance, data integrity, and professional communication is key.

Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related field is highly advantageous. This role suits graduates starting a career in P&C or anyone passionate about talent acquisition seeking growth.
